Introduction
Ingres does not support fetching of LOBs with bi-directional scrollable cursors. To allow blobs to be fetched LOB locators need to be used. In addition support for the 3 LOB locator types IIAPI_LNLOC_TYPE, IIAPI_LBLOC_TYPE and IIAPI_LCLOC_TYPE needs to be added.
