Improvements are continually being made to Ingres to improve both supportability and usability of the product. The following features are targeted for the 10.1 release:

• Unicode-enabled Database by Default
• Portable UTF-8-encoded Copydb and Unloaddb
• Date Format with Space Delimiter
• Support For DROP TABLE IF EXISTS
• Identification of Long Running Queries
