OpenROAD 5.1

2011 is off to a very busy start for the OpenROAD team as they strive to release the latest version of OpenROAD, 5.1, into GA status on Windows by the end of Q1 with the remaining platforms to follow. The defining feature of the release will be general-purpose system classes for XML support, to allow creation and parsing of arbitrary XML documents without the need to create additional user classes or to use external components (3GL Procedures or External Class Libraries)....
