Why the Ingres Director is failing, even before it is released to the community? Even before it will take some final shape or form?
Just to make it clear - I wish Ingres Director and it's other 2 related projects will succeed and will make not only Ingres better, but attract new users and make life of the “Joe the DBA” much easier.
I will be first to praise new outstanding Ingres utility.
From what I have seen, Ingres Director is not one of these yet. Reasons?...
